You know these struggles
"It's sold" repeated fifty times
The denim jacket sold at 9 a.m., but messages keep rolling in all day. Every "sorry, already gone" is time lost and a customer annoyed.
Reservations that freeze everything
"Hold it for me, I'll pay tonight." Three days later, still nothing, while two serious buyers wanted the same piece. You lost all three.
Bale opened, 80 pieces to post
Shoot, describe, post, reply: every bale opening eats your day, and the best pieces sell chaotically between statuses, DMs and the counter.

Instant payment to lock the piece
Paiements WhatsApp →Wave, Orange Money or MTN MoMo right in the chat. The rule is simple and accepted: the piece belongs to whoever pays first.
Your customer's journey, for real
- 1
Tuesday 8 a.m.: your bale is open, you list 50 pieces and the alert hits your 400 subscribers
- 2
A customer opens the catalog from WhatsApp and spots a Zara dress at 4,000 FCFA
- 3
She reserves it; the 2-hour countdown starts, the piece is locked for her
- 4
An hour in, the automatic reminder lands with the Wave link; she pays in 30 seconds
- 5
The dress drops off the catalog; everyone else sees what's actually left, not ghosts
- 6
Next drop, she's tipped off before the public post - that's what keeps her coming back
Frequently asked questions
All my pieces are one-offs. How do I avoid selling one twice?
Each piece has a stock of 1. The moment it's paid or reserved, no one else is offered it. Double selling becomes technically impossible, even mid-drop rush.
What about customers who reserve and never pay?
You set the rule: reservation valid 2 hours, say. Automatic reminder before the deadline, automatic relisting after. A piece never sleeps more than two hours.
Isn't listing 80 pieces per bale a grind?
One photo, a name, a price, and the piece is live - under a minute each from your phone. Many thrift sellers list in batches of 20 and send one alert per batch to stretch the drop.
My customers always haggle. How does that go?
The listed price sets the anchor, which already cuts most of the haggling. For those who push, you take over the conversation anytime: the assistant only stands in where you decide.
Some want to check the exact condition before buying. Manageable?
Add several photos per piece, flaws included if any: that's what builds credibility in secondhand. A customer who buys with full knowledge doesn't complain on delivery.
