Getting started
How does it actually work?
You connect your WhatsApp, add your products, and your assistant starts answering customers and taking orders. That's it.
Do I need a website?
No. Everything happens on WhatsApp. Your customers don't even need strong mobile data, WhatsApp is enough. An online store is included if you want one on top.
How long until I'm up and running?
About ten minutes to create your business and add your first products. Your AI assistants are ready from day one, nothing to configure.
Do I need technical skills?
None. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Fiitsa. And when you get stuck, our Abidjan team answers in French and English, on WhatsApp of course.
Payments and Mobile Money
Which Mobile Money operators work?
Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Moov Money, M-Pesa, Airtel Money and the other major wallets, across 13 African countries. Card payment and cash on delivery are also available.
Does Fiitsa take a commission on my sales?
No, 0%. Unlike marketplaces that take 5 to 25% per sale, your margin stays whole. Only payment operator fees apply.
How does the customer actually pay?
They receive a payment link in WhatsApp, pick their operator and confirm on their phone. The order confirms automatically, no screenshot to verify.
When do I receive my money?
Collections are paid out to your account per the payment partner's schedule, usually within a few business days. You track every transaction in your dashboard.
WhatsApp and compliance
Is it approved by WhatsApp (Meta)?
Yes, 100%. Fiitsa uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Your number is verified and secure, no tool-related ban risk.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your number stays yours, we connect it to the official API. Your customers see no difference, except faster replies.
Can AI really sell on my behalf?
Yes. Your assistant knows your products, prices and stock. It answers, recommends and sends payment links. You get the sale notifications, and take over whenever you want.
Is my data and my customers' data protected?
WhatsApp conversations are end-to-end encrypted by Meta. Your Fiitsa data (customers, orders, products) belongs to you: export available anytime.
Pricing and plans
How much does it cost?
It starts at 4,000 FCFA Pay As You Go, with monthly plans from 24,990 to 299,990 FCFA depending on your business size. Plus a 14-day free trial to make up your own mind.
Can I pay my subscription with Mobile Money?
Yes, of course. It would be ironic to require a Visa card for a tool built around Mobile Money.
Is there a commitment?
No, none. You can stop whenever you want, and export your data before leaving.
I'm an agency, is there an offer for me?
Yes, the Agency plan: full white-label platform (your logo, your domain, your pricing) with a dashboard to manage all your clients. Unlimited businesses.
