Dry cleaner and laundry
"When is it ready?" Never that question again
The client drops off or schedules a pickup on WhatsApp, pays by Mobile Money, and gets an automatic message the day it's ready. Your phone stops ringing for nothing.

You know these struggles
Thirty calls a day for the same question
"Is my suit ready?" While you're on the phone, you're not pressing, not treating stains, not serving anyone at the counter.
The lost paper ticket, and the argument that follows
The client swears he dropped off four shirts, your notebook says three. Without a shared written record, it's word against word, and you're the one losing the customer.
Clean clothes sleeping on the racks
Boubous pressed three weeks ago clog up your shop, and the pickup money with them. Chasing each client one by one, you don't have the time.
Improvised home pickup
Your courier drives around Yaoundé with addresses dictated over the phone, vague times and absent clients. Half the rounds turn into wasted fuel.
What Fiitsa changes for you
Your price list visible in WhatsApp
Gestion de produits et stock →Shirt, boubou, three-piece suit, duvet: every item with its price and turnaround. The client builds the order himself and the total adds up on its own.
Home pickup that schedules itself
Formulaires WhatsApp →Address, pickup window, item list: everything captured in a WhatsApp form. Your courier leaves with a clean route instead of a pile of voice notes.
"Your laundry is ready" goes out automatically
Automatisation →You mark the order as ready, the client is notified within seconds. And if he doesn't show within a week, a gentle reminder goes out on its own. The racks empty out.
An assistant that answers while you press
Assistants IA WhatsApp →Hours, prices, turnaround, "do you handle duvets?": the AI assistant answers for you, even on Sunday evening. You only pick up for the real stuff.
Your customer's journey, for real
- 1
A client in Bastos sends his list: 3 shirts, a suit, a duvet; the summary lands with the price, 4,500 FCFA
- 2
He picks home pickup tomorrow between 10am and 12pm and enters his address in the form
- 3
He pays via MTN MoMo right in the chat; the summary doubles as his ticket, impossible to lose
- 4
48 hours later, the message goes out on its own: "Your laundry is ready, delivery available from tomorrow morning"
- 5
He picks delivery for 500 FCFA; three weeks later, a "duvet + curtains" offer brings him back before the rainy season
Frequently asked questions
What turnaround times can I show? I offer standard and express.
Both, with different prices. Standard 48h, express 24h, a premium for express: you set it all up, and the client chooses knowingly when ordering.
How do we avoid arguments over how many items were dropped off?
Every order generates a detailed summary in the WhatsApp chat: item by item, with prices. It's dated, shared, and neither you nor the client can lose it. The paper ticket becomes pointless.
I charge per item. Some competitors charge per kilo. What about me?
Your call: per-item catalogue (shirt 500 FCFA, suit 2,000 FCFA), per-kilo pricing for the laundromat side, or both side by side. Many shops combine per-item for pressing and per-kilo for basic washing.
Does the client pay at drop-off or pickup?
You pick the rule. Payment at order time via Orange Money, MTN MoMo or Wave, at pickup, or in-store at collection. Pro tip: prepayment massively cuts down on clothes abandoned on the racks.
Can I charge for home pickup and delivery?
Yes. Add a flat fee or zone-based fees (500 FCFA downtown, 1,000 FCFA further out, free above a threshold). The client sees the full total before confirming.
Does Fiitsa take a cut on each order?
No, 0% commission. Unlike platforms that take 5 to 10% on every laundry order, Fiitsa runs on a subscription. Your margins stay your margins.
