You know these struggles

The quote visit that earns nothing

Crossing Yaoundé from Bastos to Odza to visit an apartment, estimate the volume, announce a price... and never hear back. Three visits a week for one signed contract is fuel and hours nobody reimburses.

The client who books without paying and disappears

He said yes for Saturday. You blocked the truck, lined up four guys. Friday night, he stops answering: he found cheaper elsewhere or postponed without telling you. Your truck sleeps, your crew gets paid for nothing, and the real Saturday client, you had turned away.

Month-ends when everyone moves on the same day

Leases end on the 30th, so everyone wants the last weekend of the month. Without a clear schedule of your trucks and crews, you oversell Saturday, disappoint clients, and the rest of the month your guys stare at the ceiling.

Verbal quotes that end in disputes

"On the phone you said 80,000!" Except on the phone, he never mentioned the freezer, the 4th floor with no elevator or grandpa's piano. Without a written quote listing what's included, every move ends with a sidewalk negotiation.

What Fiitsa changes for you

Photo-based quotes, without leaving your desk

Formulaires WhatsApp

The client fills in the form: home type, floors, elevator, departure and arrival neighborhoods, then sends photos of each room. You estimate the volume from your phone and reply with a price within the hour. Ten quotes a day instead of two visits.

A clean PDF quote that closes deals

Documents IA

Estimated volume, crew size, truck, floors, what's included and what isn't: the client receives a professional PDF quote in the chat. Against three competitors sending a price by voice note, you're the one who looks serious. And on moving day, everything is in writing.

Mobile Money deposit to lock the date

Paiements WhatsApp

The date is only reserved after a 30% deposit, paid via Orange Money or MTN MoMo through the quote link. A client who put down 50,000 FCFA doesn't vanish on Friday night. And if he postpones, your policy applies, it was written on the quote.

Truck and crew scheduling

Services et réservations

Every confirmed move blocks its truck and crew for the slot. On the last weekend of the month, you see exactly how much capacity remains before accepting one more job. Your guys receive their weekly schedule on WhatsApp.

Reminders and checklist before moving day

Automatisation

Day minus 3: date reminder with the checklist "boxes sealed, fridge defrosted, parking spot saved for the truck". Day minus 1: confirmation of the crew's arrival time. A well-prepared client saves you two hours on site, and two hours is sometimes a second move in the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Is a photo-based quote really reliable?

For 80% of homes, yes: photos of each room plus the form answers are enough to estimate volume within 10%. For big jobs, villas, offices, keep the visit, but only after a commitment deposit or for quotes above a certain amount. You reserve visits for serious clients, not window shoppers.

How big a deposit should I ask without scaring clients away?

30% is the norm that goes down well: enough to commit the client, not enough to frighten him. On a 150,000 FCFA move, that's 45,000 FCFA. A serious client understands you're blocking a truck and a crew for him. The one scared off by 30% would have stood you up on moving day anyway.

The client postpones a week before moving day. What happens to the deposit?

Your policy is written on the quote, so no debate: for example, one free reschedule if notified more than 7 days ahead, a 10,000 FCFA fee below that, deposit kept for cancellations under 48 hours. Since the client read and accepted these terms before paying, the conversation lasts thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes.

How do I handle the month-end rush?

With two levers. First the schedule: each truck has a daily capacity, and when Saturday the 28th is full, it's full, the assistant offers Friday or Sunday. Then pricing: you can show a premium rate on the last weekend and a discount mid-month. Flexible clients will shift their date, and your workload smooths itself out.

I also offer packing and boxes. How do I sell them?

As options on the quote: box pack 15,000 FCFA, full kitchen packing 25,000, furniture disassembly and reassembly 20,000. The client ticks what he wants and the total updates. Offered at the right moment, these options go from "service you forget to mention" to 20 or 30% extra revenue per job.
