You know these struggles

Addresses like "past the pharmacy, just ask around"

Your rider loses twenty minutes circling the neighborhood, calls three times, and the delivery turns unprofitable. Without a structured address and a precise landmark captured at booking, every delivery is a treasure hunt.

The phone ringing faster than the bikes can ride

"Where's my package?" "When does it arrive?" Every anxious customer calls you, or the rider in the middle of traffic. You spend your day playing switchboard instead of growing the business.

Prices made up on the spot, negotiated every single time

Yopougon to Cocody, how much? Depends on who answers and their mood. The customer compares, haggles, and you lose either the job or your margin. A clear zone-based rate card settles the debate before it starts.

Cash getting lost between customer, rider and you

Cash on delivery, change to give back, end-of-day counts that never quite add up. Every note passing through one more pocket is one more risk.

Your customer's journey, for real

  1. 1

The customer opens your WhatsApp and picks: send a package, track a delivery, see the rates.

  2. 2

The form captures everything: package type (document, small, medium, large), pickup address, drop-off address with landmark, recipient's number.

  3. 3

The price shows up based on zone and urgency: 1,500 FCFA standard, 2,500 express. He confirms and pays with Wave or Orange Money.

  4. 4

A rider is assigned; the customer receives his name and number. The recipient gets a heads-up that a package is on its way.

  5. 5

At each step, an automatic notification: rider en route, package collected, out for delivery, delivered. Nobody calls anybody.

  6. 6

After delivery, the customer rates the ride in one tap. A bad rating reaches you immediately, before the customer defects to a competitor.

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up my delivery zones and rates?

You split your city into zones and set a rate per route, for example same district 1,000 FCFA, neighboring districts 1,500, full crossing 2,500, with an express surcharge. That rate card is displayed and applied automatically: the customer knows the price before booking, and your riders stop negotiating on the phone.

Can my customers pay on delivery?

Your call. Mobile Money prepayment eliminates cancelled-at-the-door rides and floating cash, which is what we recommend. But you can keep cash on delivery for loyal customers or partner shops: the order stays structured and tracked, only the payment moment changes.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

Every ride leaves a complete trail: who ordered, what package type, which rider, picked up at what time, delivered at what time. In a dispute, you trace the thread in a minute instead of reconstructing the day from memory. You can also display your terms (maximum carried value, fragile items) right in the booking flow.

Can I offer a business account to shops that ship every day?

Yes, and that's where the real volume is. Your partner shops book through your link, their rides are grouped in your CRM, and you can give them preferential rates or weekly invoicing with a clean summary. An online seller shipping five packages a day is worth fifty occasional customers.

Does the recipient get notified, or only the sender?

Both. The recipient gets a message as soon as the package heads his way, with the estimated time. He makes himself available, handover works on the first attempt, and your rider doesn't idle twenty minutes outside a closed gate. Good for him, for you and for the customer.

Does Fiitsa take a cut of my deliveries?

None. On a 1,500 FCFA ride, a 10% cut like on Glovo-style platforms would eat your entire margin. With Fiitsa, you pay a flat subscription and every ride you collect is fully yours. Your volume grows, your bill doesn't move.
